The worst experience, they’d try to find any scratch so that you have to pay more, where you’ll pay much more than you pay for an hour just for scratches. Just to be clear he showed us two that were already there before and the good thing is that I had a video proof. Therefore find another professional company. One more thing they transferred us to two other companies so we had to deal with the same issue with multiple people. So if you think their price is good, I assure you, you’ll end up paying much more than a premium professional company would require.

Had a good experience just wish they would fill up the tank of their jet ski’s before handing the jet ski over. i paid for 2 hours but had to come back to fuel up after just 1 hour.

It was an absolutely horrible experience trying to do jetski with Penguin. Me and 5 other friends were given one location in the beginning, where nobody from Penguin ever showed up. It took us about 6 phone calls to figure out what's going on: only one jetski was brought to this location and it was broken. Eventually, some guy from Penguin gave us another location. After a 30min cab ride, we finally arrived and again, nobody from Penguin and no sight of jetski was found: It was basically in this tiny road near waters. We waited for another 45 minutes and a guy from another company showed up: Penguin essentially, without telling us, transferred us to another jetski company. At this point, we have wasted 4hr and 200 dirham on cabs. The Penguin representative on the phone refused to give us any explanation or compensation. I wish Google opens a 0 star rating so I can accurately place my experience with Penguin on the scale. -10/10 definitely would not recommend.
