Service is terrible. I make shellac Polish there first time, and that was not straight color .Gel was raining and I ask about discount and they give me only 20%.After 3 days that polish start remove. And I was back again and they change this polish for free .Last girl make it better .But only after 1 day that start to remove again.And I back there and ask to take my money back, because they're technology was not right, and I make new polish in different place.And they even didn't offer to take some different procedur there Theirs manager was speaking with me so lougd. So I'll never ever back there . I lost 4 hour of my time ,145 dirham I they didn't make anything to live me happy.

The Moroccan bath is good and the place is clean.. but in the other hand i had a terrible haircut experience I 'am going to a different salon to arrange the disaster made.. Nails treatment was always poor and under expectation.. I used to love their massage but my last session was without meditation music which made my treatment so boring and not relaxing.. I was also thinking to buy a gift voucher for my Best friend but I changed my mind after these bad experiences.. and I am honestly thinking to change the place and look for something better..
Very bad Experience, the facility were rude and and not professional. The Moroccan Lady who did the bath spa treatment had a lot to say regarding my body (so rude) and kept pressuring me to get the more expensive treatments. Another friend of mine got a package and still got the worst treatment ever.
Completely messed up my wife’s hair and charged her over AED 1000 for it. The colour was completely wrong, and her hair was cut by chopping the pony tail with clippers. The worst haircut she has had. All different lengths. See photo - that’s what you get for AED 1090
The deep tissue massage was amazing 10/10 , I’ll definitely visit again to try the other type of massages
The worst Moroccan bath I’ve ever had the lady who did the bath wasn’t professional at all and she kept pushing me to do the expensive bath and to buy some products I’m really disappointed it was my first experience at Moroccan bath and it will be the last .
My favorite, amazing hair stylists and neat make up. Always saves me in events and parties
I like their massages but i wish the spa could make it less noisy from the staff who pass by the rooms
