"Excellent Service " Having used a professional cleaning company in the past with mixed results, I was quite nervous at hiring the cleaning company. Due to my past experiences I am also, admittedly, a demanding customer. As it happens I have finally come across a company I can rely on and who provide a great and consistent service. Do not under any circumstances use this joke of a company for babysitting services. We ordered a nanny for a rare night out for my wife and I - she never turned up. Despite multiple calls to the agency, who made up stories about how she was ‘on her way’ ‘stuck in traffic’ and, my favourite, ‘had to change a flat tyre. The company continued to claim she was on her way after one and a half hours past her due arrival time, insisting she was ‘just a couple of minutes away’. She never showed. Don’t waste your time or money with these lying, deceitful, utterly hopeless charlatans. We won’t.

The worst experience with cleaning services from this company. Very disrespectful towards their customers. I booked cleaning services throught watsapp at specific time and pointed out a place and repeated twice, they confirmed it. Next day noone showed up, and when i asked why they said its my fault because i didn’t specify the address. I have all the conversation in whatsapp than i resend my message with time and address and their confirmation. Then they said the crew is delayed because some guard doesn’t allow to go because of problem with visa (???), then they ignored my questions and then they said the crew is at the reception of my Building, and noone showed up of course. And all my further questions were ignored. Horrible!
