I simple love nandos chicken. I usually order the kids meal which comes with 3 wings, 2 sides and a drink which are perfect portions for me and all under 30aed. Their meals are also great. I tried the chicken and it was delicious. I tried the other meals on the menu but I was not satisfied so I stick to the chicken. The staff are super nice. I lost my car keys once and they all were kind enough to keep it for me.

Moved recently to al Reem island , my first visit to Nando’s , excellent service and great team , we order the Mediterranean espetata with the 2 sides and chicken burger sandwich, chicken is cooked to perfection juicy and tender and we choose as sides chunky mash potatoes and grilled vegetables,tasty and delicious , highly recommended and definitely will visit again

Really disgusted that the store is not following proper Covid Protocol. The waiter says he emptied out the coke I felt tasted funny and filled it with fanta...same glass and he showed me how he held the straw back. Then the manager comes over to say they use tongs blah blah blah. Whether he touched it or not in this day and age should a refill not come with a closed straw or if you're so stingy with the silly straw then request your customers take out their straws themselves at the table. Funny thing was when the waited came back to tell me repeatedly that he used tongs and went on and on until I politely asked him to stop and leave us in peace. Meala were dry and empty (pictures included) but it doesn't surprise me with management and staff that have such poor attitudes, can you expect anything better???

Been a regular of Nando's for a few years now. I like this branch in Shams Boutik as its spacious, nicely designed and not crowded. Fave dish on the menu is spicy Peri Peri with liver and vegetables. Thanks to waiters - Rodalyn and another guy *I forgot his name*

I have visited Nando's many times before. food tastes really great. But I visited Nando's today again in shams boutik mall. There is this guy in black shirt taking orders at entrance, His behaviour is very rude and impolite when taking orders. I didn't expect this from such a high class restaurant. Having zero manners staff like him is a bad spot even though food tastes great. please don't encourage such people. But i have to add. Only one lady is polite among all.

Love this Nando’s location. Festa fries are my current go to appetizer. It is ah-mazing! The butterfly cut chicken steak is delish! I also like their burger—old school and yum. We have always had a great service here, too. The girls are super nice!

Love a bit of Nandos but sticky/greasy tables at this one. Nothing worse than your arms sticking to the tables when you're eating. Especially in the current climate as it doesn't give confidence surfaces are sanitized. Food was good though.

You should try the chicken liver appetizer. It is so yummy that will take you to another world.
