Online you'll see bus from Abu Dhabi to Dubai (Ibn batuta) is available. But due to covid no bus service till now since last 1 year. So plan accordingly. Posting this on 23-march-2021 for other's convenience.

If you happen to enjoy travelling the innermost part of Abu Dhabi and your on a budget try the public transportation bus...For a sure seat you can drop by to the station in Mussafah Shabiya 10...Mussafah Town Bus Terminal. While waiting you can check different routes in the tv screen or ask the officer available at the counter. Machines for reloading Hafilat Card and Hafilat Card is available in there.A lot of seat is available alongside and inside the terminal making you comfortable while waiting..Refreshment can be bought outside there is baqala nearby.

Officially called this bus station now Mohammed Bin Zayed City Bus Station. All Western Region busses passing from this bus station.now a days Corona Quarantine Camp Quarantine completed people dropping here.
