The store in the Jimi Mall is listed as the pickup location for collection of online orders. Today evening my wife went to collect the order, she was told that the complete order is not delivered and they are waiting for the second part of the order. Whereas it was already confiremd in the morning by the online chat on facebook that the order is ready for pickup!. She contacted the chat again and they confirmed again that the order is ready for pick up. So she went again. They made her wait 45 minutes to tell her that they can not give the order, as they have been informed by their manager that \Do not give this order to Customer\. Then she recieved a call from random number telling her that order will be cancelled as there was a system Error!!!!!!!!!!!! What kind of customer experience is this? First I am not convinced that it was a system error. Even if it was a system error, why you wait for the customer to come to store when order was placed 5 days ago , then lie to customer on first ocassion that order is not complete and then make customer wait 45 minutes before telling her that they will not give order. Worst experience ever, Do not book any store pickup from Jimi Mall Al Ain
