Medical staff is really nice and polite, however, reception experience was absolutely disappointing. There were too many customers for one person and the gentlemen had to answer multiple questions from different people at the same time. Our waiting time to just pay for the service was too long. Please hire extra staff

Gathering between the professionality in work and kindness is a very difficult task to achieve, even though I found this two skills in the most beautiful soul Dr Asrar. She helped me in my medical issue that took a lot of time, patience and a lot of medication. She was always available at any time even at night supporting and advising. I started to lose hope of getting pregnant but her constant follow ups with me made it happened, yes the miracle had occurred and I got pregnant. I don’t know how to explain my appreciation and gratefulness for you, my angel, without you, I wouldn't ever live my dream of my life and become a mother for a sweet little baby girl.

Went to my appointment at 8:00 AM And literally there were no one at the whole hospital except of the house keeping No reception no nurse no one They need to work on the service better

Good enough place for simple stuff and doctor consultation. Also you can do COVID test there with minimum hustle, but there's always shortage of nurse so you can be waiting in line for a while.

They say apart from giving birth, tooth pain is the second worse pain anyone can ever go through, i just had the most amazing dental visit! The service was excellent, you're definitely feeling and experiencing the professionalism, the dentist *Dr Ahmed* is incredibly talented, his work, his skills, the list goes on. Outstanding results....

Reception are good but nurses are really bad and moody and unprofessional they didn’t want to take patients for more than hour and half where are the supervisors, sleeping I guess? Won’t be come to this chaos again

waited for 1.5 hours for PCR screening. understaff and nurses were rude. arguing with the front desk. so unprofessional. and keeps on complaining instead of doing their work. they did not even bother to apologize to the patient who were waiting.
