One of the best optics centers all over UAE, Starting from the owner and all staff they are very kind and help full with everyone. I'm dealing with them almost 20 years 20 years now and they did not disappointed me anytime at all.
I am very disappointed of there service as they have very bad lens and very bad service. I was advised by my friend about there bad service but unfortunately I choose them because it was very near to my place. My spec and my friend's spec is now useless and it is a big waste of money.
Very bas customer service, there employee Smitha in Abu Dhabi mall branch is very disrespectful to customers, yelling and shouting and arguing. Bad experience and negative image to such a good optic name
