Big disaster.. Poor rules and regulations to customers. I bought a trister glucometer one month ago from life pharmacy dalma mall. A cheating sales boy from kerala suggested me tristar glucometer.. after i bought it, glucometer shows huge difference in readings at the same time. I wasted 15 expensive strips to confirm the error in glucometer.. i wasted another Aed 50 for transportation and submitted glucometer for checking in the delma.mall..they sent the glucometer for checking in there ware house...life pharmacy... after 10 days they gave me a new tristar glucometer with out providing strips... i also tolerated it... once i get the new glucometer, it again shows very different readings...i again called the life pharma...they are telling that there is no option for giving me my money back and again i have to spend another aed 50 for transportation to subitting the replaced second glucometer...the painfull truth behind this experience is that i was unable to know my accurate blood sugar level since last one month due to this cheating and cunning life pharmacy..beware of this pharmacy...they dont bother about people health...they only wants money....i wont feel this much if i lost my money in purchaising a pair of shoes or any other materials.. Life pharma only wants customers money..
