They forget about you just after you paid them. If you need to get any document from them - good luck to you. Managers don't answer e-mails, don't pick up phones. And your money are spent. They really need to improve their communication with customers. Besides that prices are high as well.

This company have to send their staff for CUSTOMER SERVICE Related TRAINING. They have no manners. We went to their location to be assisted by a staff typing on the phone and pointing a finger (saying the amount is on the wall) after asking him a certain info of about 4 cars.

I think it is one of the worst lease company. If we talk about the price it is too much compare to others. If we talk about the process when you took or return the car, it takes too much time and even you should follow with them. I am a customer and the company should show that I am valuable to them. But this company is very bad.

Never take a car from them they are doing a day robbery in the name of car lease.No respect for a person or a company who gave them business for 5 or 6 years.worst sales people.Better to walk rather than taking a car from this company.
