We had very bad experience with this clinic. We had to wait more than one hour in the waiting room till our turn came. Doctor was good but he prescribed some tests which were not available in the clinic and he asked us to get the tests done from Burjeel Hospital. Burjeel Hospital did not honor their test orders. When we contacted the KidsHeart and explain them the situation they asked us to find another Doctor (from some other hospital) and ask them to prescribe the same tests and then take the results and come back to KidsHeart again. What is the point of visiting this clinic at first place and then again if we have to find another doctor ourselves? (Edited after KidsHeart reply)
