Bad service. I follow up my cargo going to india. But the staff always tell that they will call me back. I will not recomment this cargo company to anyone. Very poor service. They are fast only when picking up the box.

30 - 45 days is the protocol days to received the package, however it took 80 days to reach the the destination and received the package. Unfortunately there's still missing items inside the box and I make report for the missing items however the company staff did not make any bothered reply about the missing items. I suggest don't put phones and laptops inside the package, it's just poor service and supervision along the line of the delivery. no ownership of missing items. overall rated 0 star is possible. Not gonna send any package from this company again.

If I can give zero review I will, I spend 3200 for shipping cost and the did not deliver their promises of 40 day, they shipped it 1 month after the Pic up date, and very not polite empolye for Indonesia, never in my life a costumer service hang up in my face when I ask about my rights, about the shipment date and delivery date, pick up date is 17/9 and when I call them 1 month later and ask about my package she can not answer me while acctualy the packages its not been shipped yet,,, if I know I will take it back,,, but lie after lie now they just tell me the departed date is 16/oct so 1 month after the pick up date.... Don't send with them i will file a complain in department of costumer rights (600-522-225)

With All respect, I would like to bring it to your knowledge that the parcel I have sent through your Company has not yet reached in Destination, and the Reason they said was i have given wrong contact number, but i have your receipt copy with the right contact number. This is very unprofessional, as we put our trust in you to send our valuable gifts for our loved ones. This behavior is not good for a company like you. I hope you will respect the privacy and time frame of your customers and will never give them a chance to complain again as you have to maintain your name in the market otherwise there are many competitors. 20 days was given time but more than six month past not yet delivered my package. Don’t send any one any cargo throw this will be lost package and money

so very bad expreience bequse i send cargo to INDIA on 10th jun 2019 . But i ricevd in INDIA 28th august 2019Maximam i am asking dely bess wher is my cargo .not good ansser .when i tell them now i go to consumar cort .then he will take attncen .
