Very bad attitude of sales personnel makes this place an AVOIDANCE Impatience, intimidation, or passing negative comments about customers in their malayalam language are some of the negative things I noticed in my three visits to this place. One more big negative I experienced was they don’t repair their own products, referred me to a nearby local repair location, this is a big letdown for any buyers. Well I don’t know about other branches of this Company but this one is better avoided, and if a company doesn’t take up small repairs of their own products I would avoid buying in future from them.
Customer service was not good. I went to buy an anklet, the sales person was compelling me to buy the design as he wish. I don’t know his name, but his attitude was not appreciating. I asked for other design to show which was displayed, he told everything is booked by other customer already. I have no idea for what purpose it’s still in display. They don’t have mind even to give water when I asked. Gave me 2 small bottles of water and took one back which is ridiculous. Finally I don’t wanna come back empty handed so bought a gold biscuit and a chain. The making charge was too high for the chain. I saw the same chain in a nearby shop with very less making charges. Overall the experience was disappointing.
