I contacted Ittihad International Investment in order to discuss investment plan possibilities related to our company. Unfortunately, Alaa Hawari and his team have been delivering a very bad client service. It has been almost impossible to talk to someone who knew about the services proposed by Ittihad International investment. When their assistant told me that my phone call was about to be transferred to their manager Alaa Hawari, they put me on hold. After a long moment waiting, she answered that \he was busy at the moment\. I understood and decided to try later in the week. The day after, and the experience was the exact same! Impossible to reach someone knowledgeable! I am very disappointed by their service.
