Sent some important items to Chennai from Abu Dhabi almost 100 days back..still no proper response. It is guaranteed to be delivered within 30 days..send items at your own risk. The item which you sent may not reach on time or may get lost. Do not try them..!!

I have sent my courier to Pune on Nov 10th ,They promised me to delivered in 30 days . It has been more than 50 days now, still not received the courier. Every time they are providing generic answer \Your shipment is in Custom we will let you know once Clear \ . very poor Service.

I have sent my courier to Bangalore on sep 14th , it went via Delhi customs.. still now I have received my luggage. They promised me in 25 days . It has been more than 40days. No complaint number.. day by day they extending days .. please do not select ICS international CARGO to send luggage or cargo.its my humble request to all.. even things are missing in cargo luggage.. poor service ..

Miserable service. 1 person handling everything and most of the time he is not there in the shop. Courier charges have increased but service is pathetic.

I had booked an envelope containing important legal documents from Abu Dhabi to Delhi on 28 September 2019. Today is 9 October 2019 and still no trace of my envelope. I have been calling the call center almost every day but in vain. They take my mobile number but never call back. It's a third class courier company. Use it at your own risk! I am seriously considering to file a legal suit for the loss of my documents.
