It is the worst company. I booked a maid regularly twice a week. They changed the maid twice and in one day the maid did not come because the other customer asked for extension. When I asked why you allowed for the extension, she said that they called me but my mobile was off. Even if my mobile was off since I was at work this doesn't give her the right to cancel my booking. Even if I answered, I would not accpet the cancelation.
