I HAVE A COMPLAINT AGAINST GOLD'S GYM MAZYAD MALL. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE I WRITE A NEGATIVE REVIEW. I'M THAT FRUSTRATED! THE CLOSING TIME IS 11 PM YET THEY CLOSE THE LIGHTS AT 10:45 PM OR 10:50 PM AND FORCE THE MEMBERS TO LEAVE. WHEN I OBJECTED THAT, TWO OF THE STAFF NAMELY AYAZ AND CHRISTINE STARTED SPEAKING TO ME IN A NON RESPECTFUL MANNER AND WHEN I TOLD THEM I WON'T LEAVE BEFORE 11 PM AYAZ SAID HE'LL TERMINATE MY MEMBERSHIP AND WHEN I TOLD HIM HE CAN'T FORCE ME TO LEAVE BEFORE 11PM SINCE IT'S IN HIS SIGNBORD, HE THEN CALLED ME \UNEDUCATED\. ALSO CHRISTINE WAS SHOUTING \LET'S GO!\ AS IF WE WERE IN A JUNGLE AND SPOKE IN THE MOST DISRESPECTFUL MANNER. I HAVE BEEN A MEMBER FOR 5 YEARS IN GOLD'S GYM BUT NEVER SAW SUCH UNPLEASANT AND NONRESPECTFUL STAFF. FOR THE PAST 5 YEARS NO ONE EVER USED TO CLOSE THE LIGHTS BEFORE 11PM SHARP AND NONE OF THE OTHER BRANCHES EVER CLOSED THE LIGHTS BEFORE 11PM. I RATED THIS GYM 5 STARTS 2 YEARS AGO BUT I'M CHANGING MY RATING TO 1 STAR.

Amazing facilities unlike local gym, staff are helpful and friendly. I highly recommend you guys to check this gym and be a member. Especially in these times, we must be fit and healthy to boost our immune system.

The gym is over crowded the bars are rusted its hot inside there is no horizontal back machine and some of the trainers don’t care if the user uses the machine in a incorrectly way ( bad experience )

I like this Gym compared with the local gym near me. It has all the equipments that I am looking for. There are also a lot of threadmills and dumbbells that you can use. Staff are helpful and accommodating. I have good experience in working out in this Gym.

The quality has deterioted, all the machines are making noise and there is no proper maintenance... After the management change the gold gym, s quality has gone down.. I wouldn't recommend anyone here.
