So I wrote a review a year ago, they replied 2 hours ago saying “Not now sir, in future we will discuss about that. Thank you”. Who will be discussing this with me? They still have a sign that says 24 hours when they stay open till 1-3 AM max. Most of the employees aren’t helpful at all, they do not know where most of the products are. They said they’ll change the employees when they’ve been the same for a few years now, I read in a reply to someone’s review that they’ll be giving their employees “training” which I’m pretty sure they won’t. Fineway doesn’t have some of your most essential household needs. Choithrams and Coop as well as Lulu in Khalidyah mall are really close to it, I’d advise you to go there to find what you’re looking for.

No sense of assisting customer. I just asked whether I could get a small fish sauce, I asked him whether he could help but that guy just replied “where is your eyes”. I just ignored him taking it as a joke but I couldn’t take when he replied when I said that “he is lucky that he is this company for not getting complaints from me” he replied me that I am lucky to be in this country.. I asked him what did you mean by that and he replied same as you meant.. the cashier looked at me with no expression made me feel that It was my fault.. is this fair? I buying with my money and I didn’t ask anything then a help..
Very cost effective and a quick accessible one.. especially it is famous for south Indian and Asian items
Good for quick shopping if u got an apartment near this.. though some of the workers arent doing what they need to do! Better hire some new faces
