I just wanted to share my experience & my family’s bad experience with Farnek. Very bad service, no quality check. We paid for full multimedia centralized water filtering system and they fixed it without connecting it to POWER and without full installation that allow this system to clean its self in a weekly basis automatically which led to water pollution. All carbon which was supposed to filter the water leaked to all bathrooms taps and kitchens. The water was black! No professionalism in fixing the item! Moreover, they didn’t supply the water filtering system that we agreed on. We agreed on clear specifications but unfortunately they have supplied us with totally different specifications!! When we emailed them with all the evidence & all their management was copied, they didn’t take any single action and now we have cancelled the contract with them. They don’t care about your health. Their management don’t have the required skills and don’t even care about customers concerns! Attached below pic is the cheated item supplied for three villas by Farnek :

By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Spare yourself the headache of reaching them or trying to get an appointment. there are many other companies out there that are much more reliable and up to standard. I wanted to clean one carpet and I waited almost 1 week to hear back from them only to receive an email saying that they don't clean 'burnt' carpets. My carpet is not burnt at all it's just stained. They didn't even come to check it. I don't know based on what they decided that its burnt.
