I had recently my first consultation in Fakih and first, I was extremely disappointed with the reception. I came earlier for my appointment and I had to wait 1 hour because the doctor had other patients. The doctor was nice, but he didn't have clue about autoimmune diseases and drugs that are allowed during the permanency as the treatment. After the appointment, the receptionist wanted to charge me for free consultation which I refused. I will definitely not come back to this place anymore. They don't respect patient's time and are not professional. I give 0 stars and I'm looking for another clinic.

i want to thank DR MONIKAA for her hard work for me and her efforts paid off and i have twins now two boys after 9 years of marriage . i failed many times with other doctors and i am so grateful to dr monika helped me during my journey . she is the best . i would always recommend her to everyone .

I will not recommend this clinic to anyone because it’s just a wast of time, The dr I met was so rude and negative, on the first consultation without examining me she told me that I didn’t have a chance and would never have a chance. They even charged us for a free consultation. If it were possible to give no stars I would.

Horrible is the kindest description of this place. Revenue driven, no empathy, careless and unorganized. Waited over an hour for my appointment, only for them to tell me that the Dr has 4 more patients which will take another hour. If you decide to go then try to enjoy your time waiting

I can't thank ALLAH enough and after that dr MONIKA chawla on my difficult case for which i roamed and wasted time in entire UAE and also Belgium but no one studied my case like she did and she was a constant encouragement and support . Her expertise is incredible and thank GOD i could see her and i am mother of healthy twins now . yes she had many patients and waiting time is an issue but it was worth it because she gave me personal time out of working hours to explain and execute the treatment . iVF is not a guaranteed process and she never promised that but seeing her work on my case i always felt that someone cares and accepted whatever is the outcome , She is the most humble doctor and human being i came across in recent time . God bless her and her family .
