I had waited for over two hours standing (due to Covid-19 not allowing customers to sit inside) while the employee working there was happily chatting with another customer, obviously taking his sweet time. I asked him if they would take long so I could leave and come back but his response was "I'll be done in just a few minutes", so I waited. Once it was finally my turn, the employee said I could not renew my sim because of my EID not being renewed. I was not aware about that since I thought EID's would be extended, plus he said it was possible when I first asked him. Overall I had wasted two hours of my time and was not helped at all by the employee working there, as he actually made it worse.
