The queue is not organized Service is very slow. Service was better when it was under the judicial department ! Always crowded. Half of the counters does not have employees! After 4 they only have 2 counters open ! Went twice and was not served after waiting for three hours, so I left. It should be called tajeez تعجير و ليس انجاز

went there to raise an enforcement order on my labor case they charged me 105 AED plus 105 AED plus 60 AED and still not yet done ( the procedure is wrong should be done only at enjaz mussafah near DANUBE home ) and of course they refused to refund the money , went to mussassaf enjaz done in 30 minutes and uploaded in ADJD application for 40 dhs typing charges as it is free service from ADJD

All staff are so friendly. Comfortable waiting sofas. Different sofas for ladies. Many counters available. There is a small cafe too in case you need to wait longer, you can pass time in the cafe, enjoy a cup of coffee and a plate of pancake.

Not sure what the 100aed service fee is actually for... They should probably pay me to use them. No one answers the phone, ever, and when I was told my documents would be ready in 2 days and I would be contacted to collect them, I believed them. 7 days later and no contact whatsoever. Now I'm going to have to drive all the way to the conveniently located basement of Marina mall to potentially find out they're still not ready etc etc and be sent elsewhere. As usual, a lack of competition here for this kind of service business leads to poor performance etc and there's not much you can do about it other than sigh.

Waiting time is more than 2 to 3 hours and for the most demanding services, only 1 counter is live. All others are not available for more than 1 hour in the counter. And the service time per employee seems to be high due to the ignorance of the staff on many of the services. Worst service ever. There shall be a competetor to be appointed for the same services to assure the competence, else they work like a monopoly.

BEWARE FAZAA CARD HOLDER........ They are running marketing scam by advertising 30pct off. In reality they are offering discount on service charge only, i.e. 3dhs on 35aed. Dont go here staff is very impolite and rude. They dont answer queries on call as well. Please dont visit, try getting servics from local typing center.

I paid full price to attest my documents from marina mall. My son birth certificate. I paid to get it in 4 days. And now I went to collect it. They told me you need to go Emirates post. And 7 more days. And they didn’t give me my money back. They should because I didn’t receive your service. Very disappointed from the situation. And I will complain to MOFA
