I went there to do a physical payment with counter number 2 in June /21/ 2020 he asked for credit card i thought he will do the payment he was looking at every number upside down instead to do the payment later he stand up and went to auto payment machine near to the door I felt weird why he asked me the card if he let stand to do it in the door the problem he has the credit card machine in his hand later i i ask him to do the cancellation he was inssast to do it online i know how to do but it was a disrespectful to treat customer like this even the brand manager did not give any respect and he left with out any good words i was customer with DUsDU 2008 but i think ill ill to google FI the customer service in DU is very bad and Eatisal. Sadly
