Their staff requires more training. Ver small place to dine in and one huge staff member literally told us not to dine in. What a brilliant way to be welcomed! Anyways, the pizzas lacked in flavor and was just very bland. Be aware of the hidden fees along the order even though the show you the offers but they add up hidden fees along the way. I was really excited to have a Domino’s in my city but unfortunately with all the negative reviews this store needs proper management and staff who are much more friendly.

Finally, Domino's in Al Ain! \u003c3 Rating this a 4 for the flavor and enjoyable experience my husband and I experienced even though he brought the food all the way from Asharej. I hope they would be able to consistently deliver and serve well and not just because they're new, which is how I observed other restaurants fail to do as they only serve their best until the soft opening lasts. Overall, it was a great experience for us!

Finally, the first ever Domino’s Pizza branch in Alain (that I knew off). Ever since I saw its sign, my excitement was growing larger and larger, especially after all the good feed back my friends gave. So finally I got to try it today, and my expectations were shattered to a million pieces. We had three types of pizza, The Dynamite Chicken, The Ultimate Pepperoni, and The Exravaganzza Feast pizza. These pizzas came in a classic hand tossed, stuffed crust, and double melt crusts. The three pizzas were literally tasteless. We couldn’t taste the ingredients nor the cheese stuffed in the crust. The cream cheese in the double melt had a very strong sweet taste which ruined the pizza (Pepperoni, my favorite ). Honestly, they were, hands on, the worst pizzas we ever had. The chicken bites and the potato wedges were good though. The staff was very rude (except for one sweet guy, who I forgot to get his name). There was no way for us to monitor the progress of our order since the app was not working for some reason, and when we asked the staff outside they completely ignored us. I do understand that there are tens of people waiting and this is only there second day, but this is not how you treat your customers . Adding to all that, the order took almost an hour (or maybe even more) to be ready. Frankly, it was a very very bad experience for me. But, and despite all of that, I will visit it again when the crowd is lessen and I will update this review.

Domino's is as usual awesome, the only thing I miss is Garlic bread which is very delicious and famous in India. I love Planner tikka pizza with that green sauce. Definitely chicken pizza and hot buffalo chicken both were lips smacking.

My family was excited to visit Domino's Pizza for their 1st time, but we were disappointed in several ways. The space for dine-in is very small, there is no toilet or even a place to wash hands. They don't even offer wipes like other restaurants do. They don't give plates, forks, knives, or cups to the customer. No staff comes to the table to take order. The quality and taste of the food are below average . They don't offer salads. Compared to other pizza restaurants that we are used to during the last 3 decades in Al Ain, regarding the quality and the price. I think we probably won't come again to this restaurant.

Having dominos after almost 15 years. We ordered the philly steak and california pizza. Pizza are yummy, only the crusts dries and gets tough very quickly. May be if they improved that. The cheese bread was unique and tasty

We ordered pizza, waited for 2 hours and finally we didn't received anything. And staff was so kind with his help we save our time, he told us no use of waiting coz u have to wait for another 1 hour to get ur order. So we cancelled the order and moved on thanks to the staff. Poor service, Poor arrangement unorganised. Will never recommend to anyone.
