I take my phone for battery replacement there. But the guy there( i dont know his name) he was very helpful to me. He just solved my problem within couple of minutes without replacing the battery. I really appreciate his kindness and politeness with customers.

Samsung service center at sharaf DG Abu Dhabi mall is best Samsung service center for mobile phone in Abu Dhabi, previously I visited Samsung Icell service road in defence road where my experience was unpleasant. Definitely will recommend Sharaf DG Samsung service center .

I tried to bring my Dell laptop in for repair today. Even though they are advertising on their webpage to be open 365 days a year from 10am to 10pm, the lady at the counter told me rather unfriendly that the man who takes care of Dell repairs is not in on Saturdays. When I asked whether I could leave my laptop with her to give it to her colleague she told me no and that I \have to\ come back tomorrow 11am sharp. - Sorry some people have to work at 11am during the week...
