Like many others, I rented the bike for one day, and I used it for 1 hour and kept it parked in front of my villa for 6 hours. I returned it at the station and confirmed locking the bike. I came back my house and received an receipt of 20 AED. But after two weeks, I received the receipt of 175 AED. The instructions to return the bike every 60 minutes is not visible due to sunshine and the very small font. However, after contacting them they agreed to refund the amount. Thanks

I share the bike for one day, and I used it for around 6 hour. I returned it at the station and confirmed locking the bike. I came back my hotel and received an receipt of 20 AED. But today I received the receipt of 100 AED. I can not read the criteria that I should return every 60 minutes because sunshine reflected me on the screen, I guess it is their marketing strategies to cheat us.

I had paid for one day membership (max 1 hour rental), I took the cycle for 15 minutes and returned to the docking station. It was properly locked back in the station. Still it shows the trip in progress! And in the app it says you have rented one cycle! Tired to call the number several times but the system says power down!

Had very bad experience.. I was suppose to be changed for 20 , i got charged for 175 by mistake i tried to cobtact the company and they did nothing at all and they saying they will check it has been more than two weeks now and no matter who am contacting they do not respond , theyre fruading people as they did with me their machines is not working to get the bike back into its place then they charge the customer and they dont try to help with that.. the worse service ever and not reliable neither honest. Dont ever take any bike from them instead u have on corniche other companies that they gladly give u real consumption rates.
