NEVER USE the cycle ....I used it for 50 mins and kept back ...the next day it charged me again for 175dhm. NEED THE MONEY BACK

It took us some time to figure it out how to unlock the bikes, but The bicycle experience was okay. However, after two weeks i got charged by AED 350! The contact number available on the APP!!! Does anyone has similar experience ? Or is anyone know how do we contact the company?

Don't bother using these bicycles. It's such a bad experience. We spent a really long time trying to rent through the app, only to find out that it doesn't work and that you need to use the machine there. The bicycles are HORRIBLE. Extremely uncomfortable to the point that they might injure your knees
