We like the confirmation of the details of the order including special requests like the driver please wear a face mask and gloves. The advance notice of who the driver will be and that he shows up 15 minutes early means we can rely on the service being there, unlike some competitors who don't show up at all! We're now using creative for all our corporate and personal ride needs.

I came back to one of their bus from a business event. The driver was courteous and kind. However, like a smart I left my bag in the bus. I emailed the next day and luckily it had been handed in. Before long it had been arranged to be returned to me. I have to say their lost property service could not have been better,, first-class customer service
