Took my dog who won't let us come near him with a nail file to get his nails trimmed. He was in and out in less than 5 minutes, and they did a great job. The staff was friendly and obviously well trained in handling different types and personalities of dogs. Its also clear everyone on the staff truly loves dogs.

Wonderful staff, friendly and compassionate. Love how they treated my 13 year old dwarf rabbit professionally. Their prices are reasonable and they will give you exactly what your pet requires.
Have used many times for grooming and lion cut and nail trim for my cats. They always come within 24 hours direct to my place. There has been some variability in quality so I recommend Mr Jack as he provides perfect quality and is their best. He also provides additional assistance on general cat health as well, picking things up before they become a problem. Can highly recommend.

Terrible! They plucked my dog’s ear after I asked them not to, they put perfume on my dogs, they didn’t bother to call me to say the dogs were ready to go home so I have no idea how long they were left in a cage, and then I was expected to walk my clean dogs down a dirty alley to go pay at another location. Not happy at all!

Just had my dog groomed by Simba. He’s a fantastic groomer. My dog is rare and new exactly how to give him the perfect cut. My dog never looked better . Thank you so much for the fantastic service x
