Chili’s Takeaway Order for dinner. Margarita Grilled Chicken - Boneless piece of chicken topped with salsa, served with rice. It was supposed to have black beans but they didn’t have any so gave me one more rice instead. Should have offered wedges or fries. Meal didn’t come with soft drink. Chili’s Chilli Burger - Beef burger with lots of filling almost falling apart. Beef was juicy and well cooked. Served with French fries but no soft drink. Delivery on time Staff called and informed me about the missing item which was good of them to do so, instead of being surprised why they didn’t complete the order. Good customer service Friendly and polite driver

We visited for lunch on a week day. It was very quiet. We ordered fajita mix platter, shrimps tacos, a soup and ceasar salad. Overall the food was rather oily, sauces seemed to have been prepared way before being served. The soup a thick paste that seemed to be powder based. The one thing that was really tasty on the table was the mashed potato, it was really tasty. Unfortunately this might not be enough to make us come back soon.

My family loves to eat here so I'm somewhat of a regular. Due to Covid, some of the items on the menu are not available. It would have been 5 stars otherwise. The waiter was extremely friendly and helpful, assisting with discounts I didn't realise was available (Entertainer, Blue, Darna etc). I've been to other Chili's outlet (Yas Mall) but the staff were nowhere as friendly.
