Very efficient and caring staff, helped import my cat back to my home country with minimal fuss and at a good price. Do look up Dr. Bee. I'd like to thank her and Ramon for being very professional and prompt making the process very easy for me and my cat.

I took my two (baby) rabbits to get them checked and the staff was very nice and friendly as well as helpful. They explained what they were doing and answered the questions we had. Overall this is a great place for the animals and humans. It’s a very clean and sanitary place. Highly recommend also since not many veterinary clinics have doctors that can care for rabbits in the uae ( specifically in Abu Dhabi).

The service was absolutely disappointing and Dr Camilla completely traumatized us. She was rude, aggressive and completely out of bounds with the way she spoke to us. She told us to come and say bye to our cat, whom she said would be dying later that day. His condition only got ‘worse’ when we told her that we would be moving him to another vet (his condition got better when we moved him immediately) because we were concerned that the service and the way things were being conducted hadn’t improved. Also, during our cat’s stay (which was a total of 3 days) we received no updates or pictures or anything about how he was doing and when we used to visit him, Dr Camilla wouldn’t even give us a chance to speak. She would talk over us and always be dismissive of our concerns. Our cat was suffering and now he’s in a different vet and is thankfully improving, while she told us that he would be dying that same day. Such a shame that someone as educated as her, would make us believe all of these lies. She was not compassionate, and was belittling our emotions and her response was that ‘there are cats dying in every single room in this vet, it’s not just you’ - this is when our hearts completely broke! This is unacceptable and intolerable, and we don’t want this to happen to anyone else.

I would like to commend the exceptional service that my cats received during their visit in this clinic. Spaying procedure with microchip were done for both of them by Dr Shiela. From the reception to the nurses, they were all very accommodating and you can see their passion in what they do. I will recommend Canadian Veterinary Clinic to anyone for all their pet needs.

I have used their services twice now, both cases involved street cats from the nearby park. One was a young kitten with severe flu and the other had parvo. They have saved the lives of both of these kittens and I am so grateful to them. They also offered us the charity rates seeing as they were not my pets, which was so helpful.

Canadia Veterinary Center is the only place I would take my dog. The front desk people are pleasant and all the Vets, assistants, nurses and other workers are skilled , smart and caring about my dog every time I take her to the center. The staff has a friendly, but knowledgeable way of caring for my pet. I also notice the individual attention each animal gets when they are looked after. My dog is 4 years old now and we have been happily going to Canadian vet for many years , knowing that my dog will get the best care she can get at a Veterinary office.

Dear Canadian vet, Are you really serious how you dealed with me about this stray kitten ? 1/ I was seeking help for a parvo positive strat kitten, checked at Animalia, asking confined hospitalization for this kitten 2/ By phone, a receptionist confirmed to me that hospitalization treatment will cost me 50 a day 3/ At the vet, this is not true, I paid about 300 for 3 day, without a word from you, how to deal if the kitten may die 4/ The kitten was checked by Animalia before bringing to you, she was OK, reactive, eating and sleeping 5/ The kitten died at 12am from your information, you inform me that 105 aed will be saved in my account to be used later, since i paid 3 days of hospitalization, without a word about the body. 6/ Then you inform me later to take back the body? if not i will be charged 150aed? 7/ I asked the medical report to understand what happened, and you are sending me a blank medical report without any valuable or accurate information? 8/ I want a vet call me back explaining to me : - why you are proceeding in a such not exact and unclear way since the very beginning ? - how was the kitten health when hospitalized - what time someone cared about her, what operation has been done - how she reacted to HIV, when she was fed, etc etc etc
