I came to Specialized a few weeks ago for an abdominal pain and was so impressed and grateful at the care I received. I get very nervous when I go to any hospital. However, the warm welcome and special care I received made me feel more at ease. Everyone was so friendly and explained everything to me so I was never unsure about what was going on. I was very reassuring and I felt genuinely cared for the whole time. Thank you to my consultant, and all the staff that cared for me. I’m very grateful for all of your hard work

I can recommend this hospital to my friends and family because it is very good hospital. My wife delivered our both sons here in excellent conditions. The rooms are very good and it seems like that my wife is a VIP patient even she is just an ordinary patient only. We visited several times here the ER for different reasons as well. Even if for us was a long distance to drive and even if there are other hospitals closer to us we chooses all the time Specialized Medical Care Hospital. All the time we have been well treated by the personnel from the reception to the doctors. The hospital is clean, well maintained and they have latest equipment, like during aultrasound of my wife we can see clearly the baby inside her womb. We noticed a good improvement in terms of maintenance and quality of service. Thank you for taking care about us especially my wife and sons!

We've been visited the hospital for number of years, mostly in emergency department with my children and extended family. There were times when we had to wait, but most of the time the staff assisted us immediately and we finish at the short period of time. There were occasions when we had to see doctors when my babies suffered high fevers and we had to wait for a while, but that is absolutely understandable as there may be someone else who needs more urgent care. Overall, ER has been great and I've seen some good improvements over the years. I must say that I had a well-cared experience in this hospital and surely recommend this to the people I know who are in need of health care. Thanks for taking care for all of us over the years!

Great Customer service and great family atmosphere. Exceptional and highly knowledgeable Physicians....Least waiting time of all hospital around especially the Pediatrics department. They were the only ones that fixed my child's condition after going to many well-known hospitals around without any positive results until I came to Specialized. I do recommend them highly !!!!!!

Good services but we spent too much time waiting for the doctor to see me maybe because he has lot of patients, but that is understandable and the rest of the procedures are smooth and thank you for the friendly staff.

The admin run by Ali Nablusi is crooked they need money for every little thing. Even for sitting there and using free wifi he demanded 150 AED which is supposedly free for ALL visitors(and signed in by the reception) and threatening to break my PC and/or police harassment if I don't pay up and utter humiliation in front of others when I refused! They should close this crooked establishment!

Worst customer service from receptionists to nurses, the management and pharmacist. My third visit today in one week and my condition has worsened! It has taken them 5 days to treat a simple sore throat. The ENT Specialist Dr. Tamer however, is recommended, he's a good one!
