Tried to book an appointment but the staff personnel who took my call told me they do not offer consultations and I must book an appointment for physiotherapy right away. When I tried to understand how their procedure works, she shut me off asking if I wanted to book or not. After I respectfully addressed her hostile attitude, she became defensive by raising her voice and immediately ended the call. I found this behavior completely unacceptable and discouraged me from even booking an appointment. Such impatience and intolerance displayed over just an inquiry over the phone.

Best physio in the UAE. It isn't always easy to find a physio you can trust but Tim is great. He was recommended to me by a friend over a year ago when I was injured and his treatment had be back to full fitness in no time. As a highly qualified practitioner with a sports background himself his expert advice and treatment has proved invaluable in allowing me to stay injury free since. The service provided is great and they are very helpful when it comes to claiming through insurance. Highly recommend!

I called for an appointment and explained that i would like to have a few minutes talk with dr. simon before the physiotheraphy session to explain what my dad has since he was in a very severe car accident knowing that my dad doesnt speak english thus i requested few mins talk with dr simon. However, the Lady at the reception stated that it isnt their procedure and time with be taken from the session. I believe that any patient coming for treatment should have the right to explain what they are suffering from knowing that i cant go inside the room with my dad and sadly she mentioned that it isnt how their procedure works. Quite sad and displeased as i was recommended this place.

All I can say is thank goodness I’ve found my go-to place for all things physio/strength and conditioning related here in Abu Dhabi! Tim worked wonders on my neck after long stints of hunching over my desk. A combination of hands-on treatment, dry needling and strengthening techniques have really helped manage the pain. There’s no doubt he knows exactly what he’s doing! Simon really helped me out for a knee injury with some great exercises to strengthen it before hitting the netball court again. The team are friendly and accommodating and never fail to follow up and check in which I found not only professional but genuinely caring too. Definitely recommend Bounceback to anyone looking for quality physio services in Abu Dhabi!
