Negatives : ———————— Token system is weird. No glass barrier between clients and service agents. 30% staff capacity. Very old type of office. I think the BLS should at-least do the online application submit and then let the customer come. Useless delay can end and make separate counters for the people who want help in filling the online forms. Positives : ——————- But staff is helpful. First come first serve. Social distancing maintained.

Processing a visa for India is an archaic, laborious and expensive effort. BLS does not make it any easier and charges you to do so. 2 stars because apparently there's no other way..

Unfortunately there is no option to rate it in minus. Services are of extremely poor quality. After enjoying the world's best standard, quality & environment in UAE, BLS is the only place where they make you realize being Indian.

It's a messssss.... Only PR work for positive comments.... Only 1 staff and 1 counter is in function out of 11 counters.... 150 people waiting here now...... I could see another Un developed India inside our great uae...... Unbelievable...... No consideration for new born or senior citizens.... Horrible

Prompt and fast service at the BLS International Premium Lounge Abu Dhabi. Took prior appointment and went there with family for newborn's passport. We were in and out in an hour. Ample room for family to wait and even breastfeed. Total came to AED697 including application for registration of citizenship at the Indian Embassy, Passport application, Premium lounge booking charges. Worth it! Staff are well informed and well behaved. Received Citizenship Registration Certificate and Passport within 1 week.

I visited this place for the passport of my newborn child. This is not a premium centre but the service here felt on par with one. The staff are quite friendly and helpful. Facilities here are clean and spacious. There’s even a baby feeding room for those visiting with babies. It took me around an hour to get everything done and cost me AED 340/-
