Very bad and poor customer service, will never go there again, called for an urgent matter and they simply hang up the phone, tried from 9.15 pm until 10 Pm and they hang up the phone repeatedly??? ....how can a medical Center is not able to attend to phone calls.....poor service and I do not recommend it to any one.

I didnot like the way the reception team deal, Holding their phones while talking to the patient, I asked before when I can come to take an appointment with dr amr salah they said by 9 and then when I came they told me the appointments closed it started by 8, Totally unprofessional I donot recommend

Worst ever customer service by the reception, no respect to the customers, they dont pick up phone calls and if we tell them our greviences, they talk rudely to us and say this is not hospital and we do not have emergency service. What a way to treat the customer!!! 9 Feb 2020 20:25 hrs

I felt taken care of the moment I walked in. If you need an obgyn or midwife... Dr. Besma is the perfect person. She makes you feel so welcomed and that she will take care of you throughout the whole pregnancy. I don’t have my mom or family while working abroad and I felt very comfortable with her helping with my first pregnancy.

Very unprofessional place. No respect to time, literally waited 45mins even though I had an appointment. No specific price list, each employee gives you their own price & The receptionist informed me it is fixed price but when I asked for price list, which they said is “fixed”, no one showed me. No transparency with customers!!! The dermatology area receptionist is not professional. They tell you they accept fazaa discount & after you’re done with treatment, they inform you there is no discount, this is day time scam! The previous Dr. Amani was amazing but unfortunately she left! Never going back there & not recommending anyone to visit. Save your money people for somewhere professional & worth it!

we've came all the way from ajman to abudhabi to see the consultant that we usually follow up with. They refused to let us take an appointment or even see a GP to get a referral. they have to be flexible with ppl coming from a long distance.
