I would rate it zero if I could. Just purchased a bed frame from the store. We were promised a leather bed frame but we were delivered a fabric one. the store salesman who sold it to us gave the reason that it was because the leather one was not in stock so they delivered this instead. Installation staff wanted money to remove the older bed and delivery driver was extremely rude. Our friend had a similar experience. Would not recommend purchasing from this store.
