This facility doesn't care about pets at all. I called their emergency line (054xxx) around 11PM several times and no one answer and the worse thing that no one is calling back even the next day !! As per their "manager", this line is causing them headaches and they have too many customers, and the emergency line is reserved to existing customers only !!!! I requested to speak to the owner but he refused. This vet clinic literally doesn't care and they consider us customers, as if we are visiting grocery shop !! The "manager" behavior was unacceptable on the phone. Only pet lovers will understand this frustration when there is an emergency and no body cares ! I don't recommend this at all and if needed try to find a respectful and reliable clinic if you would like to take care of your beloved pets.

I take my elderly cat to the groomers here. They offer sedation (to the cat), but he doesn't need it. He sits quietly while they make him beautiful and then he puts himself back into his box for me to take him home. It's fantastic.

This is my 1st review ever, and i decided to give it to them. AVOID taking your pets there as for the below: 1- i took my dog for boarding and he was treated badly, no overnight staff, and poor follow-ups. 2- a friend who took his dog for boarding as well, they broke his jaw, performed surgery and never even told the owner, when he came back to collect his dog, they claimed that the dog was biting the cage and asked him to pay 7000AED without even showing the security footage which he asked for, he didn't pay that and planning to report it to the police. 3- the advertised prices doesn't match the invoice u will get, there is always a reason, and they are OVER-PRICED compared to others. Just be careful guys.

Service is alright. They get the job done nicely but it's not very personalised. Every time I come it's a different vet and I feel like I have to introduce my pet once again. No other complaints apart from that! They have a nice instore selection of pet products too.
