I've only tried the gym so far. It's only a 300 AED/month so it's not very expensive and you get your money worth and then some. There is a wide selection of machines and equipments and the gym itself is very clean. Pretty empty and quiet before closing but could get really packed at earlier hours (5-7 pm) or when a class is being held (aerobics, zumba,..) follow their instagram as they often announce special offers and discounts there.

Pool..gym...saloon in one plcae ... this is more than enough

the staff are friendly but quite neglecting of the customer. theres a gym and a pool for adults and another for children. the prices in general are good but the gym prices are quite expensive. the pool is nice with swimming classes for good prices. the pool is outdoors with shade so no one could see you. it is quite refreshing, better than an indoors pool. there is no age requirement for the gym. the salon is in a villa near al mafraq mall in bani yas, it's easy to find. all in all, it is way better than most salons in bani yas.
