Worst experience ever!! The filipina dentist is very bad!!! The way how she approached clients was the worst!!! And very unprofessional!!! when she saw that the client is filpina her face looks disappointed!! Why? Of course she’s thinking about the money only.. coz maybe she thought that filipina doesn’t have money to pay for her !’ THAT FILIPINA DENTIST WAS THE WORST!!! And when the client asked her.. why you were talking to me in that way!! That is so rude!! Then this filipina dentist answered her.. oh i am naturally like that.. because i am pioneer here?!!! What!!!! Sorry for your clinic mam.. i dont think you will have a lot of patients anymore!!! Just because of your rudeness!!! And you will even asked the patients from which place in philippines you came from?!!! The patient answered her.. she said i am from nueva ecija and why? She even asked which language you are speaking? ILOCANO?!!!! And patients said!!! No i am pure TAGALOG!!! Then the filipina dentist smiled sarcastically and said to the patient oh that’s why!!! omg!!! I was shocked!!! What do you mean by that!!!! You are the worst dentist ever!!!! And telling to the patient that why you are coming at night if you want to remove your tooth?!!!! Very unprofessional!!!! Whats the difference between day and night?!!! Im sorry to say that I don’t think you deserve to be in that field!!!! You are rude!!! The patient took an appointment with her!!! And when the patient came!!! She said!! I won’t be able to check your tooth coz i already changed my dress!!! WOW!!!! Bravo!!! Dont come to this dentist!!! Unless they will remove her!!!

Just to share a worst experience in this dental clinic. I call for appointment but I can't able to come and i give msg to their whatsup 1 hr prior but it sounds she very mad, i told and ask her to resched me again if ever coz just i have emergency today. But she's sending me lost of voice msg which is like it's my fault. I'm customer girl where is customer service if u will act like that to all your patients. You act and sounds very rude that you blaming me. It's an emergency matter. I hope it can reach to the management of this clinic.

I moved to Abu Dhabi a year ago and I had been to this clinic several times now. Dr Shahla has treated me from India and I enquired with few of my friends to get her contact and finally I’m at the right place. Her skills are extraordinary I must say!

I went there for a composite filling. And then the dr asked me to sit in the dental chair. She's preparing the things needed with her bare hands. She placed the suction tip without wearing gloves. And while she's doing the procedure, she looked for something in the cabinet wearing the gloves she's using on me. She doesnt know how to practice sterility while doing the procedure. One more thing I was late on my appointment and she was in a hurry to do the procedure. She did composite for not even more than 30 mins and i dont think she did the procedure properly. She didnt even check all my teeth, only the tooth i told her i was feeling pain from. Well, im not a dentist but i am a nurse and worked in a dental clinic before.
