Its a lovely place. I was not happy that nobody offered a help with our bag from outside to inside I had a baby on my hands. I wasn't happy that in the room there was no charging Dock for mobile. Generally lovely, friendly staff Breakfast choices were very limited, we didn't have variety of food offered

Been staying here for two times already. It’s a cool simple hotel. Has most of the facilities needed for a pleasant stay. Mohseen at the reception is a very nice and helpful guy, always trying to fulfill all your requests. Parking is very convenient next to the hotel entrance. Hotel prices for beverages is very convenient Rooftop Pool is great for relaxing
Attended a recent El Classico match at the W XYZ BAR. The ambiance was great and very good large screen tv. But the zero commentary audio. That kind of sets off the mood when there’s no audio during a match. Since In Fb, live match event was created, audio definitely is a must. I do not mean loud volume. A low volume would definitely work considering there were multiple speakers so people sitting everywhere could hear at low volume. I would encourage more people to attend in that case and hence, resulting in better business
In the middle of the city, very nice and quiet area. Right next to the hotel is amazing Hazza Bin Zayed football stadium. Hotel has a gym with all necessary equipment. Pool is at the top of the hotel with a beautiful sunset view.
The staff need to be more welcoming and friendly. Also, would not recommend the hotel for family, it is not family friendly.
My issue is only that it seems the staff can't differentiate between proper lounge music and club music. The business center isn't necessarily quite it sounds like a club. Music should be alot lower in the lobby , similar to an elevator. I cant hear the phone call or even leave voice recordings. Really you should consider the customers needs. It may seem insignificant but how hard is it it to turn the clubby music down in the business area????

Modern industrial look and feel hotel next to the football stadium. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious with coffee and tea making facilities. Rooms are good value for money. Breakfast is the usual hotel chain buffet with some Arabic dishes as well. The restaurant is light. There is an infinity rooftop pool. The pool looks great but is too shallow for swimming and better suited to lounge in during a visit to the hip pool bar. There is free valet parking and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. In some cases an industrial look and feel gives elegance to a location, I feel that is lacking here but as good value for money definitely a good place to stay in Al Ain.
