No facility to avail or change appointment online, ladies are not allocated separate waiting area and are placed to wait next to labors in vaccine waiting room with office boy bossing around where to sit. Totally unacceptable. At the same time nice reception and registration male staff trying to help during id registration process. A place can do so much better if more customer care approach is given.

The most non-professional & rude staff on reception; they dont even listen to what you are requesting. Most of the time the counters are empty and they are roaming around. This is my 3rd time as i lives in Bahia & due to frustration i have review.

I came morning to receive my Medical fitness certificate but unfurtionatly i forgot the emirates ID so they told me to come back any time to collect it (it means ready) i came back same day but night time around 8pm. I went to the receptionist and she said that the medical result not showing. I said i came morning and they said its ready, then she said go to the doctor section i went to for assessment. I went there and i got surprised that the certificate is not ready and the doctor i went finished duty so I have to come back another day. Ofcourse i refused so they had to check someone to sign on behalf and I will have to wait 1 hour for that I leave this to u to evaluate

Why do you have a landline if your receptionists never answer it? I called to book and appointment and was told to wait and then the guy hung up and stopped answering???? What kind of service is this.

Worst service provider with no manner and respect. Unprofessional staff. No answer of call. Anyone with wasta and reference are first to get service.
