Totally unsatisfied\ I was sending cash sri lanka (02/10/2019) 2500 dirham (rate RS. 50 ) to my own bank account. Night time when i check my bank account balance there was 'zero' balance. So i visited (03/10/2019) again ala ansari to check. So they were telling 'u need to send money reagain.( because of their fault) so they sent money to my own account at a rate of (49.23) less than previous one. So i got loss rs.700 ( 14 dirham) Becaus of their fault. Even they are charging 23 dirham as a service fees its make me no sense. Next time i will not visit al anasari. Totally disappointed .

19/01/18 @ 10:30 AM My name is Aldrin, I had a very bad morning experience in (Al Ansari exchange) Hamdan street branch very rude welcome and impatient to cashier named (Sheryl Federizo) i came inside of the exchange to send a money to my friend and the cashier was busy for something, but she's free so I came to her counter, I'm looking at her and waiting for her assistance, but she still doing her paper things like I'm disturbing her so get shy to disturb her, since I'm from my work all the night on hurry to go home i ask her if i can send a money then she took my mobile no. And she gave a form to write the name and the no. Of my beneficiary, i ask her if i have to write also my name and no. Which is already in her system she angry said \yes sir\ then while I'm writing my details everything she took the paper from my hand, even I'm still writing, I got annoyed she's very rude, she said, is enough, she gives my copy of my receipt and leave the counter without hearing good morning or thank you from her even though i did not tell anything and go out with the worst service of al Ansary exchange i will not come back again in your exchange much better to find other brand that can appreciate your patience and loyalty, I will not recomend this brand to all my friend and workmates to anyone.
