My first time using this particular exchange to send money to the UK. Absolutely fantastic service I received from Mr M. Abu Hamdah in the Al Jimi branch. Provided me an excellent rate, was very polite, patient and explained the whole process thoroughly. Will definitely be using them again.

i didn't got my amount credited in bank account neither the customer service helped me to solve problem instead of 16 digit bank account they wrote 15 digit and when i talked them about this they said wait for bank response now after three days they call me and told its successful ... i dont know how they got successful transaction there even i showed my bank statement to thrm... 15 digit bank account doesn't exist in the bank whose ifsc branch nane bank name i provided ...
