Water is decent given the competition, good quality price ratio. The service is the worst I ever experienced. Delivery guys are NOT organized, rude and will waste your time arguing. They never come on time which create tension and shortage of water at home... I wish there was negative stars so I could attribute it to this company. This is absolutely insane to treat people like that and leaving them without water. Their job is to deliver water bottles and they are unable to deliver correctly...

Horrible customer service and delivery. The delivery people lie and say I do not leave my bottles outside and I always do the day before. Customer service is horrible and lie, too. They mark a complaint as "fixed" when nothing has been fixed. After 5 years as a customer, their lies today will make me change companies. Horrible service in Sharjah.
My family is currently a customer. So far, so good. BUT.. I really don't understand why the plastic seal for the 5gallon water does not include the entire cap. What is the use of the plastic seal if it only covers the neck and not the entire lid itself? An extra safety measure during Covid will definitely make a difference. Anyway, would be nice to hear some improvements. Thank you.

Service is awful, it is 3 days that I m waiting for service and talked to 4 persons from alain company and still no service and no product . A person after a person answer and only say sorry !!! So unprofessional service !
BAD SERVICE , I have to call alain water weekly to deliver the water..they dont deliver it on regular schedule like other companies..also staff are unpro and arrogant, not going to buy again from them as they also never bother to solve any issue
Updated review as i have noticed a big improvement in both delivery and customer service. Keep up the good work. ----------- Worst delivery service ever .. i am a customer for almost 2 months and i have been out of water 3 times already. If you don't call 10 times to ask for a bottle of water no one shows up. Even if you complain sometimes you won't get water . When you contact the agents on WhatsApp they take ages to respond. Seriously once my balance is over will be changing to a different company.
Never come to deliver unless we call them, staff are so unfriendly, bottle was leaking, made complain there customer service was yelling and problem never solved, now im cancelling and they refuse to take the bottles and refuse to return my money
