Tried to order 2 galons on the website. I paid and did not receive any confirmation email or sms but fund has been deduced from my bank account. 2 weeks later the delivery guy showed up and asked me to pay again for the water!! According to him and the customer service, customer should not order from their website but use the app....this is non sense. I try to get reimburse for 3 weeks... You lost a NEW customer

It's Was Fantastic
They missed the regular scheduled water delivery in our place, and I had to follow them up to get the water delivered. Very bad customer service response. When i called them to get urgent delivery, they said within next 48 hours action will be taken. Essential things should be taken care with priority. I am going to switch anyways. Because they don't even address our grievance though it's their mistake that they defaulted the schedule.

The worst water company i have ever encountered. The people are well trained as they speak professionally over the phone but unfortunately, they always FAIL to deliver on their commitments. I am literally raising my complaints every week as they consistently miss their deliveries. I guess this company doesn't know or understand the true meaning of customer service. This has to stop! I’ll be cancelling this service tomorrow.
this is the most untruthful voucher that i ever heared about it!!!!!! i bought fridge, they told me that i get a voucher 50dhm from al ain water , i call them to get this voicher..they told me that i must give them 50 dhm to get anouther 50 dhm or i will not get my voicher.... !!!
ALWAYS FORGETTING DELIVERY TO OUR PLACE EVERY WEEK! ALWAYS WE NEED TO CALL BUT AGAIN NEXT WEEK IT WILL BE FORGOTTEN! WE ARE ALWAYS LEFT WITHOUT WATER TO DRINK!
